If you are not familiar with Adobe Acrobat Reader, below are a few hints to get you started. Adobe Acrobat Reader: Click on the little magnifying glass on the toolbar and then click anywhere on the page to enlarge the writing, you can do this repeatedly to get the size of text or picture you want. When you click on the picture of the little hand, it converts to a tool that you can use to move the pages in any direction you wish. The binoculars will help you to find anything in the whole paper, just type the word you are looking for, and the program will take you to the right page automatically. There are many more shortcuts, so click on all the icons, experiment with them, don't be shy, you cannot break anything. Please be aware that because there are 16 pages every month, the files are quite large and it does take a fairly long time to download them, about 10 to 20 minutes for dial-up access and about 30 to 60 seconds for broadband (cable and ADSL).
